You agree to use ZomApp only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content uploaded under your event or account.
2. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the photos you upload. ZomApp retains ownership of its platform, logos, and technology infrastructure.
3. Payments & Cancellations
Event credits and subscriptions are processed via Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
ZomApp is provided "as is". We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from platform downtime or data loss.
